Before you book a tour with Nature Horizons, please review the Nature Horizons Corporation Terms and conditions below.
Please note that the Nature Horizons Booking and Cancellation Policy may change from time to time and/or vary from tour to tour depending on terms outlined by partner service providers like airlines and accommodation properties as well as any government regulations applicable in our tour destinations: Nepal, Egypt, Tanzania, Zambia, Peru, and Botswana.
Nature Horizons encourage all our travelers to purchase a Travel Protection Plan, regardless of the tour or itinerary. It’s your best bet for protecting your financial investment, your personal belongings and, most importantly, you.
For the convenience of our guests, we’ve made Trip Mate’s Tour & Cruise Travel Protection Plan easily available to all Nature Horizons travelers.

- Bookings Policy
All confirmations of bookings shall be made by email—info@naturehorizonstours.com—upon filing of the Nature Horizons Booking Form on our website.
All bookings will be considered and recognized as confirmed only after the booking is accompanied by a deposit of 30 to 50 percent of the total cost of the tour, depending on length of tour and length of booking notice. The deposit shall be considered valid after acknowledgement and confirmation of receipt by Stripe as well as our bank in the USA.
A balance of 50 to 70 percent of the total invoice must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival of tour participants. Cash payment of a balance can be arranged with a Nature Horizons Salesperson. In this case, full payment shall be made in the US dollar only.
- Cancellation and Refunds
All tours and/or service cancellations must be made in writing by email and shall be effective only after receipt is acknowledged in writing by a Nature Horizons Salesperson.
To secure your tour and make it official, Nature Horizons Tours will use all of your 30% deposit to pay all hotel accommodations a deposit for every night of your tour. If you have to cancel your tour Nature Horizons Tours will not refund you a deposit. We can not guarantee that the hotel accommodations will refund Nature Horizons Tours for canceled rooms.
60 days before your tour, full payment is due. If you have to cancel your tour after full payment is received, Nature Horizons Tours will not issue a refund.

There shall be no refunds for the below:
- Any lost travel time or any kind of substitution of services
- Itineraries and travel programs amended after commencement of the tour
- Premature termination of your tour after commencement of the tour
- Circumstances beyond the company’s control, including alternative measures and arrangements to ensure the further participation and completion of your tour
- Lack of arrival by travelers at any accommodation property, activity and/or service or segment of the tour without prior notice
- Payment
Since payments for accommodations, flights and park entry are done primarily using the US dollar, all our bills shall be US dollars. Payments shall be made by Stripe payment to our account either through online payment or after receipt of a quote from Nature Horizons.
- Access
Nature Horizons shall never be held responsible for any unforeseen road or airstrip conditions that may render your tour delayed or impossible. Any changes to the tour shall be subject to the terms and conditions above.
- Amendments
Any amendments made to a confirmed tour shall not be charged. Nature Horizons shall, however, charge for any services that exceed the cost of the originally booked services.
- Risk
Nature Horizons— including management and staff—as well as owners, operators and directors in all destinations shall never be held responsible for the occurrence of injury, illness and/or death to any person on tour, nor for damage or for loss of personal property. Please contact your travel-insurance provider before traveling to better understand their policies and/or protections for the aforementioned circumstances.
7. Promotional Materials
Nature Horizons automatically posses the right to use any photographic materials or videos taken during your tour organized by the company unless otherwise agreed.
8. Terms and conditions
These are the general terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between you and Nature Horizons. There shall be no alterations to these terms and conditions done by the sales staff of the company, representatives in any destination or any other employees unless it is done in writing by an authorized officer of Nature Horizons via info@naturehorizonstours.com. Nature Horizons reserves the right to subcontract part of or the whole service offered and paid for.
9. Disputes
In the unlikely event that cause for complaint arises throughout your tour, the aforementioned cause for complaint must be brought to the attention of Nature Horizons immediately. Nature Horizons will do its best to resolve the situation promptly and professionally.
