Tour Overview

We are intrinsically a part of nature. Our environments have a profound impact on our wellbeing and never has it been such an important time to take care our health and the health of the natural world.

We have created a life changing retreat experience that is set in one of the world’s most miraculous natural habitats- Tanzania Africa- to explore the healing impact of nature.

World renowned explorer Dominick Santariga has partnered with movement specialist Ting Ting Guan, and conservationist/musician Samuel J to create a unique wild safari immersion with a strong emphasis on personal and environmental wellbeing.

As well as daily excursions into Tanzania’s wondrous National parks, the retreat will have daily workshops in Movement, Meditation, Global Impact, Breath Work, Sound Healing, Self-Development, Music and much more ......

Animals are a source of deep inspiration. This retreat experience is dedicated to honor the importance of wildlife. Animals show tremendous courage in the face of great odds to keep showing up, and nothing exemplifies devotion greater than the dedication of mothers to their offspring. Something we feel is such a valuable example for us as people.

Encounters with these ancient creatures deeply impact lives, far beyond the moment on the safari.

The retreat is perfectly timed to witness the arrival of the parks new born animals.

This retreat will have a strong emphasis on conservation allowing guests the opportunity to learn from local conservation groups what can be done to protect these animals, as well as a visit to the Rhino Sanctuary.

Join us as we Return to Origins for this once in a life time opportunity, to bring a piece of the wild home with us in our hearts.

Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport to Moshi

We begin our journey in Moshi-, which you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) an incredible town in one of the most beautiful parts of East Africa. Moshi is known for its coffee farms and has busy, colourful streets where there is always something interesting to discover and people to meet. A private driver will pick you up. Please arrive by mid-day for enough time to check in, swim, and shower before opening ceremony at 5 followed by dinner together as a group.

Drive: 45 minutes to one hour

Day 2: Moshi to Tarangire National Park

In the morning after a GuanJing movement session, we head out to Tarangire National Park. Which is a national park in Tanzania's Manyara Region. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. We spend the day exploring and connecting with the animals. Come back to rest before a nourishing homemade local dinner.

Day 3-6: Serengeti National Park

We travel to the Serengeti National Park which is a World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife: over 2 million ungulates, 4000 lions, 1000 leopard, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15,000 square kilometres in size. It is partly adjacent to the Kenya border and is northwest of the adjoining Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It is best known for its huge herds of plains animals (especially gnu [wildebeests], gazelles, and zebras), and it is the only place in Africa where vast land-animal migrations still take place.

These 3 days are devoted to dance, meditation and intention setting before journeying across the vast plains to connect with wildlife. We travel in roomy and reliable high-class safari vehicles taking breaks when needed stretch, take pictures and meditate. Then back to the lodge before nightfall for relaxation, swimming, and dinner.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater

Starting at 8AM after a filling breakfast, you will explore the central portion of the Serengeti National Park today and move towards the northern part of the park. The enroute game drive towards the Kogatende region will offer mild action from resident game. As you approach the northern part of the Serengeti, you will notice the terrain change from the usual plain grassland to a hillier and broken terrain. The northern region offers a variety of resident game such as zebras, topi, gazelle, buffaloes, leopards, and lions. A picnic lunch will be served during the day long drive itself. Based on the time of your arrival you will be able to spend a few hours by the Mara river. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 8: Rhino Sanctuary

After Today is a very special day. We are heading to the Rhino sanctuary in Mkomazi National Park. There are 8 rhinos that are being protected 24/7 by rangers. Poachers and hunters pose a deadly threat to these majestic creatures because the value of their rhino horn is in the millions.

This is why these rhinos are protected 24/7 by multiple armed rangers. This day we will travel with a ranger in the ranger’s vehicle. Because the rhinos are protected, 24/7 the rangers know where every single rhino is at all times. Today we will get up close to one of the most magical and powerful and unique creatures on planet earth. After our experience, we will head back to Moshi.
