Overview
Langtang Heli Enduro is the perfect destination for those who want to experience enduro biking at a lower altitude. The route offers one of the best off-road adventures in Nepal. Being close to Kathmandu, this short trip offers adventurers the opportunity to enjoy the vibrant ecosystem of the Himalayan and the best of mountain biking in Nepal. The route will take us through many villages, terraced farms, and forests along the hills, with the majestic Himalayan ranges in the backdrop. This area is part of the Langtang Valley Trek, a short trek in Nepal.
The helicopter will drop us off at an altitude of 4380 m. Our first drop location is Gosaikunda lake, one of the holiest places in the Himalayas. The second time we will be picked up by helicopter from Syabrubeshi and dropped in Kyanjin Gompa, the heart of Langtang Valley Trek. We will be surrounded by jaw-dropping 360 degrees of the majestic mountains as we ride through the trails at Langtang Valley.

Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu
At your arrival time at the airport in Kathmandu, a nature horizons team member will be waiting to greet you. We will transfer right to your hotel accommodation for the first night. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will meet your guide and get a briefing on your entire tour. The rest of the day is yours to relax and explore around Kathmandu. It is a magical city!

Day 2: Warm-up ride around Kathmandu
Before heading to Lantang, getting used to mountain biking in the hills is essential. We will head out to some of the single tracks around Kathmandu to check your riding skills.

Day 3: Fly to Gosaikunda Lake (20 minutes) and ride to Chandan bari ( 4 hours)
The helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Gosaikunda takes around 20 minutes. After breakfast, we will assemble the bikes and head out to the trails. The first section of the trail is relatively easy, passing by breathtaking views. Then, riding past Laurebina Pass, enjoy the stunning landscape of Langtang Lirung. You will soon experience rocky and bumpy trails to Cholangapti. The path then becomes smoother until Chandan bari. Overnight at Chandan Bari.

Day 4: Ride to Syabrubesi
Right after breakfast, we will head to Syabrubeshi. Today, the trail consists of switchbacks and steep downhill sections that will test your riding skills. Finally, the last leg of the course meets the highway—overnight at Syabrubesi.

Day 5: Fly to Kyanjin Gompa and ride to Lama Hotel
Today’s route will take us to the old Buddhist monastery of Kyanjin Gompa. After an early breakfast, the helicopter will drop us off at Kyanjin Gompa (3860m). The biking route consists of flowy single trails with breathtaking views of Mount Ghanchepo (6,387 m) and Langtang Lirung (7,227 m). Be prepared to carry your bikes in some short sections. Overnight at Lama hotel.

Day 6: Ride to Syabrubesi
After riding downhill to Syabrubesi, we will continue on the trail via Sherpa gaon. Some sections of the trail require you to push and carry your bikes. We will ride down to Syabrubesi, following the path via Sherpa gaon. Today’s route includes exposed sections that flow very well. The stunning view of the rolling hills makes the ride more enjoyable. Towards the end of the course, we’ll reach the jeep tracks.

Day 7: Drive to Kathmandu
The drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu is enjoyable, with scenic hills and mountains. At Kathmandu, spend your time at leisure.
