Arrive in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city and a gateway to the Atlantic coast. After settling into your hotel, the evening offers an opportunity to meet fellow travelers and begin exploring the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Spend the evening discovering Casablanca’s local neighborhoods and restaurants while getting to know your guide and fellow guests.

Depart Casablanca and travel north along the Atlantic coastline to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. Spend time exploring the historic old quarter and the Kasbah des Oudaias, a fortress overlooking the Atlantic Ocean known for its narrow streets and blue-and-white houses. After time to explore the kasbah and surrounding areas, continue inland toward the Rif Mountains. Arrive in Chefchaouen, the celebrated Blue City, where buildings painted in shades of azure create a striking contrast against the surrounding mountains. Take an orientation walk through the medina before settling into your hotel.

Today is dedicated to exploring the tranquil atmosphere of Chefchaouen. Wander the narrow streets of the medina, where cafés, artisan shops and quiet plazas reveal the relaxed rhythm of this mountain town. Visitors may choose to explore the surrounding Rif Mountains or simply spend time photographing the town’s iconic blue architecture. Optional excursions include hikes into the nearby mountains or visits to the Spanish Mosque for sweeping sunset views over Chefchaouen and the valley below.

Depart Chefchaouen and travel south toward Fez, one of Morocco’s oldest and most culturally significant cities. Upon arrival, enjoy time to begin exploring the city’s historic medina, known for its vibrant markets, artisan workshops and centuries-old tanneries.

Today offers a full day to explore Fez at your own pace. The medina of Fez el-Bali is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest pedestrian urban areas in the world. Within its labyrinth of alleyways, visitors discover traditional crafts, spice markets and historic mosques that reflect Morocco’s enduring cultural heritage. Guests may also explore artisan quarters, local markets or the city’s newer districts.

MARRAKECH

Travel south through Morocco’s interior landscapes toward Marrakech. Upon arrival, begin exploring the vibrant Red City, where historic gardens, bustling souks and lively squares create one of North Africa’s most iconic urban experiences. Guests may wish to visit the famous Jemaa el-Fna square, where storytellers, musicians, street performers and food vendors bring the city to life after sunset.

DEPART MARRAKECH

After breakfast, the journey concludes in Marrakech. Guests may depart at any time or choose to extend their stay in the city to further explore its gardens, palaces and surrounding landscapes.
